25-26 Season Kick-Off

WELCOME TO THE 25-26 LINCOLN TROJAN BAND SEASON!


Let's have a successful season start! Info for students and parents is below.


CONNECT

  • Make sure you have an account in BoosterHub. If you do not, email ltbboosters@gmail.com
  • Join the 25-26 Remind group @TBAND25-26 (text @TBAND2526 to 81010)
  • 25-26 Required Forms due soon – Required for ALL Students.
  • Review Booster Newsletters if you missed it in your email or on Remind


SIGN UP

  • Uniform Fittings & Item Distribution will take place Saturday July 26th at the Band room - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
  • All students except Seniors, Leadership, and Color Guard must sign up!
  • Sign up to Volunteer - Review this TUTORIAL if you need help.
  • All volunteers must fill out the Volunteer Application EACH YEAR. It will be live for 25-26 after July 10th. 


ORDER AND PAY

  • Order on the BoosterHub Store NOW through Wed. July 23
  • COLOR GUARD order by Mon. July 14 so we have time to get items monogrammed!
  • Use this ORDERING TUTORIAL for help on how to order and pay
  • MOST IMPORTANT ORDERING/PAYING NOTES:
  • Use the email address that is on your BoosterHub Account when placing your order
  • Use the PAY LATER option. DO NOT CLICK THE PAY INVOICE BUTTON IN YOUR EMAIL!! DO NOT PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD ON BOOSTERHUB!!! Pay on the LCS EFUNDS PORTAL, or by cash, check, or money order (payable to LINCOLN HIGH SCHOOL)
  • Band Fees will be invoiced soon – more info coming soon.

MORE INFO FOR SENIORS & LEADERSHIP

  • SENIORS – Banner photos Thurs. 7/24. Come at 4:30 to try on your uniform. Bring your instrument! Photos are at 5pm. Color Guard Seniors, consult with Director/Staff on what to wear for your photo. 
  • LEADERSHIP – Please come Thurs or Fri 7/24 or 7/25 from 5:30-7:30 to get fitted. We will discuss volunteering for Saturday 7/26 during leadership camp.


GET READY FOR BAND CAMP! YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • Sunscreen
  • Hat (sunglasses are optional but helpful)
  • A LARGE (½ gallon or larger) water bottle that is FULL! (we will have coolers to fill up throughout the day)
  • LUNCH – BRING A PACKED LUNCH (there’s not time to run out and get anything (for those who can drive))
  • Athletic clothes & TENNIS SHOES (light colors – no crocs/sandals)
  • Flip folder and Lyre (for woodwinds and brass only)
